What to expect at a Five Iron Event in Mentone
We are so proud to announce our ongoing relationship with House of Golf who are contributing tremendously to women in golf all over Australia.
To celebrate our partnership, WWLG will be holding Social Events at the Five Iron Facility located in Mentone. Come and play 9 holes with a small group of women every second month on Sunday from 4-6:30 pm. Events for 2025 will commence soon!
You do not need a handicap to enter. All you need is yourself ,a smile and a positive attitude! Be ready to have fun, make new friends and maybe shop for a thing or two to aid in your golf.

Five Iron Social Event August 31st 2024
Every second month WWLG holds a Mixed 2 Ball Scramble Stableford Event designed to give women golfers a chance to play in a competition that is not too serious and also enjoyable with male golfers. We have two Divisions that run for the night. Division 1 is for those that hold a GA Handicap scratch-26 and Division 2 is for players with no handicap or hold a hanicap above 26+. Come join in a Mixed Event set to be held at Five Iron Mentone. Entry fee includes prizes, a chesse platter a free drink on arrival and 9 holes on the Simulator. Five Iron League
Each season Five Iron runs a 10 week League where teams compete each other. There were over 8 teams this season and our second season for WWLG. 2024 Spring League belonged to WWLG who triumphed overcoming 27 holes in the Finals to win! A big congratulations to those who committed to the 10 weeks and fought to the end:
